Memberships
By entering Footpixies Network as a guest and/or subscribing to a membership, or purchasing individual video downloads, you certify
that you are at least 18 years of age and can legally view adult-oriented material.
You are aware of your local laws that pertain to adult-oriented material and you have the legal right to access it.
You are viewing the material on Footpixies Network for your own viewing purposes.
You will not share this material with anyone under the age of 18.
You also agree not to share your membership password.
We have installed software that detects shared passwords and then cancels the pass.
Do not share your password or you will be cancelled with no refund, or you will have to ask me to reset your pass.
You will know your password is blocked when you keep getting rerouted to Footpixies.com
All models who appear on Footpixies Network are at least 18 years old.
Photos, videos, and all multi-media from Footpixies Network are licensed for personal use only and are not to be reproduced in any way.

are not to be copied, edited, published, transmitted, or reproduced in anyway, unless

PRIVACY
Footpixies Network privacy policy is that it will not sell or give out any personal information of its members.
All credit card information is gathered through secure servers.
The only information the Footpixies Network obtains is your email address and details of your sale.
Content may change at any time. Content is sometimes moved and or deleted.
PURCHASING REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
When subscribing to any of the memberships, you agree to do so of your own free will with full knowledge that the transaction is valid.
Your membership cannot be cancelled or money refunded in full or in part.
You are making this purchase of your own accord and you are the owner of the credit card used in making the purchase.

and we will assist you within 24 hours.
Footpixies Network cannot be held liable for your Internet speed and/or your personal computer's capabilities.
We will provide a fast response and try our best to help solve any problems, however it shall be your own responsibility
to ensure that your internet and computer can download and play the video clips found at Footpixies Network.
When you pay for the services we offer you are acknowledging and taking responsibility
that you have the appropriate hardware and software on your computer.
CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS
In compliance with the Federal labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C.2257):
All models are at least 18 years of age during the time of their photo/video shoot.
The content contained herein is inappropriate for minors and care should be taken to ensure
that it is not viewed by anyone under 18 years of age.
